Samuel Edward Davis

	Samuel Edward Davis, 29, of rural Coulterville, died Saturday, February 14, 2004 as the result of an auto accident near Coulterville.
	Sam was born in Sparta on February 23, 1974, a son of Samuel Anthony and Theresa Ann (Jones) Davis.  He married Kristina Dawn 'Tina' Bird  on August 19, 1997 in Swanwick and she survives.
	He worked as an assembler at Nashville Interior Systems, Nashville, enjoyed BMX racing, motorcycle and 4-wheeler riding and playing with his kids.
	Survivors include his wife, Tina of Coulterville; a son, Anthony Lee Davis at home; a daughter, Alyssa Dawn Elizabeth Davis at home; his parents, Samuel and Theresa Davis of St. Peters, Mo.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Toby and Denise Bird of Coulterville; grandmothers, Eula Irene Davis of Coulterville; Joan Birchler and husband Robert of Sparta; Irma Jones of Alabama and Elene Sieberg of Sparta, along with numerous other relatives and friends.
	Sam was preceded in death by a brother, Anthony Glenn Davis.
	Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 17 at 1 p.m. in the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Coulterville, with Rev. Jim Start officiating.  Interment was in the Coulterville City Cemetery.
	Friends called at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Coulterville, on Monday from 4 until 9 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until time of services.
